Simon Vowles
Simon is a professionally trained dancer, choreographer, singer, and model. Having attended the Victorian College of the Arts and The Dance Factory, he branched out into various styles of Latin dance with Two’s Company. Simon has had extensive singing coaching with Susan-Ann Walker.
His passion for musical theatre has seen him perform all over the world in stage productions such as Happy Days, Grease Spectacular, Carmen, Broadway Christmas Spectacular in Hong Kong, corporate performances in Singapore, India, Sri Lanka and many others. He has danced on board the cruise ship Dawn Princess touring from Italy through to Alaska and Canada. He has also performed at the Mirage Casino in Las Vegas.
Simon has worked as a choreographer and dancer in many theatre restaurants throughout Melbourne and has created, choreographed and performed in his own cabaret show ‘A Tribute to the Rat Pack’.
Film and Television credits include Australian Sports Awards, Star Struck, The Logie Awards, films such as Blonde and Josh Jarman and various television commercials. Simon has recently focused his career direction more to the production side of the entertainment industry and is fast becoming one of Melbourne’s most sought after choreographers.
