Katie Collins
Katie Collins began dancing at a very early age, studying all facets of dance, stage and television. Katie began a professional career at the age of 16 working for established Australian choreographers; Tony Bartuccio, Sonali Versace, Alana Scanlan, Ross Coleman and Joanne Adderley.
Katie’s passion for dance and acting has led her to perform in productions such as The Follies, Carmen, Batavia, D-Generation, Wozzeck, In Melbourne Tonight; We Can be Heroes and Star Struck.
Katie turned to choreography in 2000 creating entertainment packages for the likes of KPMG, Holden, VACC Melbourne Motor Show, Toyota, Commonwealth Games Welcome Back Parades (Australia), Crown Casino VIP Events, Genesys, Versace, Jag ‘Manila’ Fashion Week, Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation, Peter Jago and The Also Foundation.
This amazing experience has seen Katie travel the globe, performing and choreographing in a variety of concept shows for international audiences. |
